Welcome to Musa Mart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://www.themusastore.store/ and any order you place with us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Us

Musa Mart is an online retail store operating in Pakistan, selling household cleaning products, pest control solutions and personal care items. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Musa Mart, and "you" refers to the customer or website visitor.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian
  • The information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete
  • You are placing orders for personal, non-commercial use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing

We may refuse service, cancel orders or block a phone number at our discretion, particularly in cases of fake orders, repeated delivery refusals or abusive behaviour toward our staff or courier partners.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order
  • We make every effort to display product colours, packaging and quantities accurately, but slight variation between the image and the delivered item may occur due to screen settings, batch changes or supplier packaging updates
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a hold, or a full cancellation
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices, promotions and product listings at any time without notice. If a price error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order on the website is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order.

  • Our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order, address and payment method before dispatch
  • If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an invalid address, or a bulk/reseller order placed under retail pricing

5. Payment

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment made in full to the courier at the time of delivery
  • Any prepaid methods displayed at checkout (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or card, where offered)

For COD orders, the full amount must be paid before the parcel is opened by the courier. Partial payment or partial acceptance of an order is not permitted.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your city
  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes or incorrect addresses are outside our control
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel has been delivered and accepted
  • If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, the phone was unreachable, or delivery was refused, we may require prepayment before re-shipping

7. Returns and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery, items must be unused and sealed, and the customer bears the return courier charges except where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

8. Product Use, Safety and Health Disclaimer

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

Our range includes chemical cleaning products, pest control products and personal care products. By purchasing from Musa Mart you agree that:

  • You will read and follow all instructions, warnings and directions printed on the product label before use
  • You will keep all products out of reach of children and pets, and store them away from food, heat and direct sunlight
  • Pest control products are pesticides. They must be used only as directed, in ventilated areas, and never on skin, food, utensils or surfaces used for food preparation
  • Cleaning products should be tested on a small hidden area first. We are not responsible for damage to furniture, fabric, paint or surfaces caused by incorrect use or use on unsuitable materials
  • Personal care products, including hair removal spray, require a patch test at least 24 hours before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, burning, redness or a reaction occurs, and consult a doctor
  • Do not use personal care products on broken, irritated, sunburnt or freshly shaved skin, or on the face, unless the label states it is suitable

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musa Mart accepts no liability for injury, reaction, property damage or loss resulting from misuse, use contrary to label instructions, or failure to perform a patch test.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Musa Mart name and logo, product photography, graphics, text, layout and code — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may share product links and view content for your own personal use.

10. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, comment, photo or message to us or on our website or social media, you grant Musa Mart a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and reproduce that content for marketing purposes, with attribution to your first name or username.

You are responsible for the content you submit. We may remove any content that is false, offensive, promotional, or violates the rights of others.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Place fake, fraudulent or malicious orders
  • Use the site to distribute viruses, malicious code, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or customer data
  • Scrape, copy or harvest product data, images or customer information from the site
  • Resell our products as your own or misrepresent yourself as an authorised Musa Mart distributor
  • Harass, threaten or abuse our staff, riders or courier partners

Breach of this section may result in cancellation of orders, blocking of your number and, where appropriate, legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that product
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of income, opportunity or data
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier failure, internet outages, natural disasters, strikes or government action

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Pakistan.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Musa Mart harmless against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Privacy

Your personal information — name, phone number, address and order history — is collected and used to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them. 16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from an order placed with us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
